What's the minimum amount I can invest?

The minimum buy is $100. That's the smallest ticket for any property on ISTRUCTURE — enough to own a real, verified fraction and start earning monthly USD rent from day one after settlement.

Why $100?

$100 is the sweet spot between meaningful ownership and true accessibility. It keeps the platform open to everyday investors across the diaspora while still funding institutional-grade properties. There's no upper cap — buy more tokens whenever you like.

Are there any fees on top of the $100?

You pay $100 for $100 of tokens — the price you see is the price you get. A small transaction fee (typically 0.5–1.5%, shown before you confirm) covers card, wire, Paystack, or USDC settlement. No hidden management fee is skimmed from your rent.

What do I actually own for $100?

Tokens representing a fractional beneficial interest in a specific SPV that holds the underlying property title. Each token entitles you to a pro-rata share of monthly rental income and any capital appreciation on resale.

In what currency do I pay and get paid?

You can fund in USD, NGN, GBP, EUR, or USDC via card, wire, Paystack, or crypto rails. Rental income is paid in USD by default and auto-converts to your preferred currency on withdrawal.

Can I sell before the property is sold?

Yes. Every token trades 24/7 on the ISTRUCTURE secondary market. You set your price, other investors bid, and settlement is instant once matched — no lockup required.

Is the $100 minimum guaranteed to stay the same?

How do I buy tokens on ISTRUCTURE?

Pick a property, choose how many tokens you want (from $100), and pay with card, wire, Paystack, or USDC. Once settlement clears, tokens land in your wallet and you start earning rent from the next distribution.

Do I need to be Nigerian to invest?

No. ISTRUCTURE is built for the diaspora and global investors. Complete a short KYC (ID + selfie), and you can buy from anywhere we're licensed to serve — pay in USD, NGN, GBP, EUR, or USDC.

What am I actually buying?

Each token is a fractional beneficial interest in the SPV that holds the property's title. You own a share of the rental income and any appreciation on resale — recorded on-chain and enforceable off-chain.

Monthly yield
How is monthly yield paid?

Rent is collected by the SPV, converted to USD, and distributed pro-rata to token holders on the 5th of every month. Payouts land in your ISTRUCTURE wallet — withdraw to bank or crypto, or reinvest with one tap.

Is the yield guaranteed?

No — target yields (typically 8–14% APY) are projections based on signed leases and occupancy assumptions. Actual distributions depend on real occupancy, maintenance, and FX. Every property page shows the target and the historical variance.

What happens if a tenant misses rent?

The SPV maintains a reserve fund (typically 1–2 months of rent) to smooth distributions. If a property is materially underperforming, we disclose it on the property page and adjust the next distribution transparently.

Can I sell my tokens anytime?

Yes. Every token trades 24/7 on the ISTRUCTURE order book. Set your ask, and once a buyer matches, settlement is instant — funds hit your wallet the same second. No lockup, no waiting period.

What price will I get when I sell?

Whatever the market pays. You can place a limit order at your target price or hit the best bid for an instant fill. Live bid/ask, depth, and 24h volume are shown on every property page so you can price with confidence.

What if no one wants to buy my tokens?

For liquid properties, market makers stand ready to bid within a spread. For thinner books, you may need to widen your price or wait. You can also hold to the full property exit event, where the SPV sells the asset and distributes proceeds pro-rata.
